Instructions on the correct use are clearly displayed, and these must be adhered to at all times. Access is gained by use of the common area key.

Sauna Rules

The facility is provided for the convenience and enjoyment of all residents however, regard should be held for other users.

·      The sauna can only be used between the hours of 7 am and 10 pm

·      Please familiarise yourself with the operation and safety instructions provided.

·      Children under 12 years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times.

·      For safety reasons the consumption of alcohol is not permitted within the sauna.

·      Undue noise should be avoided at all times to ensure comfort of other residents.

·      Please leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of your activity.
