Access is gained from the main lobby or from doors outside the gym on the first floor.

The pool can only be used between the hours of 7 am and 10 pm.

In case of emergency, resuscitation information is displayed prominently.

When using the pool, all users must be towelled dry, wearing shoes and at least a robe before entering the building. Apart from the aesthetic considerations, puddles on the floor can make it slippery and muddy as other residents walk on the wet floor, thus creating a hazard.

An invitee of a proprietor or occupier must not use the pool, sauna or gym if not in the company of the proprietor or occupier.

Pool Rules

The facility is provided for the convenience and enjoyment of all residents however, regard should be held for other users.

·      Please familiarise yourself with the resuscitation and safety instructions provided.

·      Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

·      Running within the pool area or jumping into the pool is extremely hazardous and is not permitted

·      Undue noise should be avoided at all times to ensure the comfort of other residents.

·      For safety reasons glass containers and the consumption of alcohol are not permitted within the pool area.

·      Please leave the premises and all furniture in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of your activity.
