All major goods deliveries and removals must enter the building via the Service Yard entry, which is under the surveillance of the security system.

You are only allowed to move in and out of the building on weekdays between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm, Public Holidays are excluded.

A lift nominated by the Building Manager may be keyed off for your exclusive use, and will be fitted with protective padding and carpet for deliveries of tools, equipment, large items etc.

Only one move into or out of the building at a time is allowed.

A refundable deposit of $200 is required to cover possible damage.

Bookings

All moves must be pre-booked with the Building Manager at least 48 hours in advance.
