The Concierge is the first point of contact for both residents and visitors, and is the “public face” of Crown Gardens.

The Concierge staff provide a 24 hour, 7 days per week service. During the day, a Concierge attends the main entry desk at all times. During other shifts, the desk is only left unattended for short periods while the Concierge does patrols.

Concierge’s duties include:

·       Attend to the main entry area and ensure that entry to the building is restricted.

·       Record the entry and exit of all service personnel as well as monitor activities in the service courtyard.

·       Monitor the Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) surveillance equipment

·       Carry out random checks around the building

·       When appropriate assist residents by informing them of the delivery of parcels, couriers etc.

The Concierge is not permitted to deliver articles to residents, as this will remove the Concierge from the primary role of surveillance and assistance at the main entry.

Please note that the Concierge can not accept any money to hold for pickup.

The Concierge can also facilitate a Dry Cleaning pick up and delivery service as there is a cupboard in the lobby to store dry cleaning deliveries.

The Concierge service is provided under sub contract by Volkofsky and Brown Pty Ltd and reports to the Building Manager.
