The hours of use for social functions are between 9am and 11pm. A refundable security deposit of $55 is payable for all social function bookings.

It is also available to residents who conduct a business from their units to hold up to six business meetings per year. There is a fee for business use of $55 (including GST) per hour (minimum of two hours). The hours of use for business functions are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

The Community Room is not to be used as a waiting room. Precise instructions must be given to visitors re access to the building and lifts. The Building Manager or Concierge must not be used as a receptionist. Guest access is provided via an Intercom (like the one in your unit) which is located in the Community Room. A maximum of two vehicles may use visitor parking for all social functions. No parking is available for persons attending a business meeting.

Advance booking must be made with the Building Manager for all functions or meetings and the required form completed stating the type of function, number of guests, and time required. Any security deposit or fee must be paid to secure any booking. Bookings cannot be made more then two months in advance.

The resident must be in attendance at all times at functions or meetings and is responsible for the behaviour of all guests. For children’s functions, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all times.

Guests must not be allowed to spill over into other common areas such as the pool area or the gardens.

Smoking is not permitted in the Community Room or other Common areas.

No cooking is allowed in the Community Room but food and drink may be brought in. The room must be left clean, tidy and all rubbish removed.
