Access to the car park is via the security shutter in Broughton Street. Simply activate the shutter by using your “electronic swipe tag”. Once the shutter rises, drive down the ramp and then use the same tag to operate the boom gate. The boom gate allows access to the residents’ parking area, allowing you to drive to your allocated parking space. The entry and exit shutters and boom gates retract automatically after use. Residents’ vehicles must be parked in their designated parking places. The Building Manager must be informed of the make, model, and registration number of you vechicle(s). Please advise the Building Manager of the registration numbers of the cars which are permitted to park in your allocated space/s. Your car space has been sign-written with your unit number on the wheel stops. You exit the car park into Riley Street by using your swipe tag to activate the exit boom gate and exit roller shutter. It is required for all residents to be responsible for the entry and exit of their visitors. When your visitors wish to exit the car park they must proceed to the exit in Riley Street where there is an intercom. Visitors will be required to contact the unit they have visited by entering the unit number that they have just left and then the "bell" symbol. The resident will then open the exit gate by pressing the "key" button on their unit intercom. |
