To enable all residents to enjoy the full benefit of living in Crown Gardens a set of By-Laws has been agreed by the Body Corporate.

Below is an introductory summary of some of the By-Laws relevant to day-to-day living.

Children

The By-Laws require that all children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult exercising effective control whilst in all common areas including ground floor corridors, lounge area, community room, gardens, pool area, and sauna.

The minimum age to use the sauna is 14.

Recreational transport

In the interests of safety, roller blades, skateboards, bicycles or any such recreational transport shall not be used on any part of the common area by CHILDREN or ADULTS. Bicycles must be carried across the entrance and foyer areas.

Pets and Animals

A resident must not bring into or keep in the complex any animal.

Noise

Residents are required to keep noise to a limit, which will not disturb the other residents’ peaceful enjoyment of the complex. In particular, noisy parties are a problem, especially those extending to the balcony.

Music with a strong bass component resonates in the nearby units. Please keep the bass low.
