The Building Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running and maintenance of the building, including the supervision of all maintenance contractors (including cleaners) and the Concierge staff.

The Building Manager reports to the Executive Committee, works closely with the Building and Assets Sub-Committee (a sub-committee of the Executive Committee), and attends each Executive Committee meeting.

He ensures that all services of Crown Gardens are co-ordinated, protected, and improved for the benefit of all owners, residents and their guests.

Crown Gardens has appointed Volkofsky and Brown Pty Ltd as the Building Manager.

Colin Volkofsky is the on-site Building Manager and is available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm if you have any concerns, queries, or suggestions regarding Crown Gardens.
