The Building is run by three main groups of people.

·    The Building Manager does the day-to-day running of Crown Gardens on behalf of the Owners Corporation

·    The Owner’s Corporation (or the Body Corporate) is the elected representatives of the lot owners and manages the Building Manager and the Strata Manager

·    The Strata Manager carries out Financial and Legal aspects of the building
