These facilities are for the use of residents but a booking must be made with the Building Manager or Concierge.

BBQ Rules

The facility is provided for the convenience and enjoyment of all residents however, regard should be held for other users.

·      Hours of operation 11.30 am – 9.00 pm

·      Reservations for the use of this facility may be placed with the Concierge or Building Manager

·      Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

·      Undue noise should be avoided at all times to ensure the comfort of other residents.

·      Please leave the premises and all equipment in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of your activity.

·      Residents using the BBQs are responsible for cleaning the BBQs and the general area after use.

·      No music is allowed.

·      Rubbish and bottles are to be removed when vacating the area.
