When cleaning balconies or watering plants please make sure that water does not flow through the gaps at each end of the balcony. Any overflow runs down onto the balconies below and stains the outside of the building.

One way around this problem is to keep several large sponges that can be inserted into the gaps in the balcony when you are cleaning.

Please make sure that your cleaners are aware of this problem.

Under no circumstances are clotheslines to be installed on balconies.

Washing must not be dried on balconies – on folding dryers, lines or over the rails. No towels, no clothes, no rugs.

Blinds are only allowed inside the apartment and must be of a colour and style that maintain the exterior character of the Building. Blinds are not to erected on the balconies.

No plants are to be attached to the outside walls on the balconies.

Please ensure that the glass in windows and door on the boundary of your apartment are kept clean.
