Your apartment door is fitted with a self-closing device and a deadlock, which can be disengaged by turning the knob on the back of the lock.

Please ensure that when you are going out that you lock your apartment, including windows and balcony doors.

If you expect to be absent for an extended period, we suggest that you inform the Building Manager.

Similarly, if you arrange for any equipment to be serviced or you are undertaking approved modifications to your apartment or expect a delivery, please inform the Building Manager. This is to minimise interference for other residents and for both security and access reasons.

All sliding doors on the balconies have key-locks with other windows operating manually with sturdy latches.
