The building is fitted with several Access Control points, these are proximity style card readers.

You are not required to put a card or key into any reader slot, but simply place the “electronic swipe tag” close to the reader.

The Access Control Points for entry into the Building are:

•   Crown Street entry doors
•   Kennedy Street entry doors
•   Broughton Street car park entry roller shutter
•   Car park entry boom gate
•   Car park exit boom gate
•   Car park exit roller shutter to Riley Street
•   Garbage rooms
•   Both sets of lifts

All activity via this Access Control System is logged onto a computer located in the Building Manager’s office and can be later reviewed by the Building Manager.
